Charles Buttler
Founder/ President
Charles Buttler is the President and Founder of Crude and Oil Corporation. Charles has 32 years experience in the oil and gas industry, including Commercial Director of for a USA based Gulf of Mexico Exploration Company that successful discovered reserves of 40,000,000 barrels. In addition, Charles worked for a leading USA based producer at their Houston, Texas headquarters, as Director of Development.
Ortiz Martinez
CEO
Ortiz Martinez is a founding member of Crude and Oil Corporation’s board. Ortiz previously worked at PEMEX, Mexico’s state owned oil company as General Manager of its offshore operations, which included the drilling campaign in the Cantrell Oil Field. Ortiz is a qualified geologist, with over 23 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Vanessa Pedrosa
CFO
Vanessa Pedrosa is the Chief Financial Officer at Crude and Oil Corporation. Vanessa is a qualified CPA and a Chartered Accountant, previously a partner at Gestoria de Cap de Villa, Rodriguez y Alvaro until 2002. Since the firm was acquired by a leading accountancy firm, Vanessa has been Chairman, Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of a number of private and public companies.
George Carrington
Commercial Director
George Carrington is Commercial Director at Crude and Oil Corporation. George is a lawyer specialising in the planning, structuring and documentation of major energy projects and transactions. George previously worked as lead negotiator for a leading Anglo-Dutch oil and gas conglomerate, before which he practiced business law in his native Alabama. George has undertaken projects in Australia, Indonesia, India, The North Sea and the Middle East on behalf of major oil companies and government owned corporations.
